This coffee comes from the Guji zone in Ethiopia. While not as well known as nearby regions such as Yirgacheffe and Sidama, Guji has quickly gained a reputation for its equally delicious and complex coffees, with a wide variety of flavor profiles within the region. Moving away from traditional natural processing, this coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, lending notes of sweet citrus and caramel, cocoa and black tea, with an exceptionally clean body.
